Processing of Personal Data

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR 679/2016.

This document sets out the obligations of Easy4Cloud ltd, with regard to data protection and the rights of people with whom it works in respect of their personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation

1. The collected data

Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction. We inform you that the personal data processed will be constituted – also according to your decisions on how to use the services offered – by an identifier such as name, surname, e-mail address, social security number, telephone number, province, VAT number, business name. Easy4Cloud collects browsing data whose acquisition is necessary in the use of communication protocols via internet and therefore necessary for the operation of the website. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning. This information is necessary for the completion of the service requested by the user / interested party. The website does not use proprietary cookies to transmit personal information. The use of cookies to facilitate and personalize browsing will be strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site.

2. Purpose of the treatment.

The data will be processed in a lawful manner, according to correctness and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity and proportionality. The collected data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • to make the services requested;
  • to respond to requests from interested parties/users;
  • to adapt the contents of the website to the preferences of the users/interested in the treatment;
  • to ensure that the content provided through the site is presented in the most effective way for users/interested in the treatment;

The use of personal data is allowed by the General Data Protection Regulation when: it is necessary to allow the holder to pursue the aforementioned purposes; it is necessary for the fulfilment of legal or regulatory responsibilities, for example in the case of communication to the authorities, governmental or regulatory bodies; it is necessary for the accomplishment of an action of public interest or to initiate legal actions; when it concerns personal information that is manifestly in the public domain; Easy4Cloud does not carry out completely automated treatments, including profiling, which could harm the rights of the interested party. The data are kept for the period strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual obligations. In particular, the retention period of personal information depends on the purpose for which the data are processed and on the means by which such personal information is processed. Therefore, in this disclosure it is not possible to indicate the conservation period in a univocal manner, however the criteria used for determining the retention period are: (i) the need for data retention with respect to its purpose; (ii) the retention of data for the time necessary for carrying out the relationship with the user/interested party; (iii) the conservation for the period required by applicable laws.

 

3. Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the processing.

The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes set out in section 2 (A-B-C-D-E) is art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation as the processing is necessary for the provision of the contracted services. The provision of personal data for these purposes is optional but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the required Services. The purpose of section 2 (F) is a legitimate processing of personal data pursuant to art. 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation. Once the personal data have been provided, processing may be necessary to comply with the legal obligations to which Easy4Cloud is subject. The processing performed for marketing purposes in section 2 (G) is based on your consent pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation. The provision of personal data for these purposes is entirely optional and does not affect the use of the Services. If the interested party wishes to object to the processing of his data for marketing purposes, as per section 2 (G) and 2 (H), he may do so at any time by sending a request to privacy@easy4cloud.com.

4. Data retention

Easy4Cloud can share the data if, for the completion of the contract and/or for the provision of the service, it must: (i) contact a third party, for ex. suppliers, contractors or third-party agents; (ii) transmit data or technical and administrative documentation to the competent Authorities; (iii) use persons authorized by Easy4Cloud to process personal data, who are committed to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality, such as Easy4Cloud’s employees, whenever this is necessary to perform activities strictly related to the provision of Services. In all cases, the data remain under the control of Easy4Cloud which guarantees its protection by means of suitable transmission tools. The data transferred to third parties above are not treated by third parties except for the fulfilment of the law. Easy4Cloud in relations with suppliers, contractors or third party agents expressly requires them to have complied with the adjustments provided by the GDPR, so that the data continue to be treated with an adequate level of protection. protezione.

5. Transfer of data outside the European Union.

Personal data may be transferred and processed in one or more countries within or outside the European Union. In the second case, Easy4Cloud will transfer data outside the EU only to countries that the European Commission deems to offer an adequate level of protection.

6. Data security.

Although data transmission over the Internet can never be completely secure, Easy4Cloud has adopted a privacy policy with strict operating procedures and high technical security standards to prevent any access, modification, deletion or unauthorized transmission of data. In the case of particularly serious data breaches, according to the provisions of Regulation 679/2016, Easy4Cloud, will notify the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

7. Rights of the data subject to treatment.

Pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR 679/2016, the data subject has the right to access and obtain a copy of his personal data; to request confirmation of the actual processing of his personal data. The interested party may also request an electronic or digital copy of their data. The interested party has the right to rectify and/or update his/her personal data, where it proves the incorrectness of the personal data held by the owner. The interested party has the right to be forgotten/deleted. The request can be submitted at any time and Easy4Cloud will evaluate the terms of acceptance within the limits that could derive from legal rights or obligations that could impose data retention. Where there are no particular impediments, Easy4Cloud will proceed with the cancellation immediately. Where the legitimacy of the processing of personal data is based on an already expressed consent, the data subject also has the right to revoke the consent expressed at any time; however, the revocation does not affect the legitimacy of any treatment based on consent previously expressed. 8. Communications for marketing activities.
